1. Who this notice covers
SugarBabyLondon.co.uk is an independent editorial and discovery
website. We publish London dating information and link to a
third-party registration service. We do not operate member
accounts, host dating profiles, provide private messaging or
process membership payments on this website.
2. Information available to us
When you load the site, our hosting and content-delivery
providers may receive standard technical information such as an
IP address, browser type, requested URL, date and time, referring
page and security logs. We use or permit this processing only as
needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
The contact form in the current static build is a local preview:
it validates fields in your browser but does not transmit or
store the name, email address or message you enter. This notice
must be updated before that form is connected to an email or
form-processing service.
3. Third-party registration and links
Buttons labelled Join Free or Create Your Profile take you to an
external dating service. Information you provide after leaving
SugarBabyLondon.co.uk is collected by that service under its own
privacy notice and terms. Review those documents before creating
a profile or providing personal, identity or payment details.
4. Cookies and local storage
The current static website does not set an account session or
use onsite advertising or analytics cookies. External resources,
hosting providers or a future analytics service may use technical
identifiers under their own rules. If optional analytics or
marketing cookies are added, we will update this notice and show
a consent choice where UK law requires one.
5. Purposes, legal bases and sharing
Technical data may be processed for our legitimate interests in
publishing, protecting and improving the site, provided those
interests are not overridden by your rights. We may share the
minimum necessary information with hosting, security and
content-delivery providers acting for us, or where disclosure is
required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We aim to keep technical records only for as long as needed for
security, troubleshooting and legal obligations. Exact hosting
log retention depends on the provider used at launch. We use
proportionate safeguards, but no internet transmission or
storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your UK data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give
you rights to access, correct or erase personal information,
restrict or object to processing, and request portability. You
can read the
ICO overview of individual rights. We may need reasonable information to confirm identity before
responding to a request.
8. Contact and complaints
Use our contact page for
privacy questions. Because the current local-preview form does
not transmit messages, a working privacy contact method must be
published before launch. You also have the right to complain to
the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe personal
information has been handled unlawfully.
